During your first visit…

• You will meet our friendly front office team, who will greet you at the front door and help you complete the necessary paperwork.
• You will be given a personalized tour of the iSmiles Orthodontics state-of-the-art facility, including the waiting area, game room, furnished balcony to enjoy on sunny days, and high-tech office suites each with their own TVs.
• You will gain a better understanding of your unique orthodontic needs as a skilled records technician takes high-quality photographs and digital x-rays that will help your orthodontist facilitate your customized treatment plan.
• Your immediate concerns about orthodontic treatment will be addressed by your Treatment Coordinator. By now you may have a long list of questions – all of which will be fully addressed.

Upon meeting the doctor and our braces treatment coordinator, you will quickly learn that they provide a dedicated amount of time to figuring out your personal dental story. The doctor will complete an oral exam, utilize your x-rays and photos to help you visualize your (or your child’s) orthodontic needs. The doctor and the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator will communicate a treatment plan that is best for all parties. They will answer your questions about treatment protocol, costs, as well as any insurance benefits you may have.

At this point one of three outcomes will be decided:

If you elect to proceed, you will receive a copy of your x-rays, photographs and treatment plan, so you can feel confident about your decision. You are now on the path to healthy, beautiful, straight teeth and a wide, beautiful smile!
